Phenylpiracetam background
Phenylpiracetam is a powerful Nootropic substance that is used to improve cognitive performance and memory. It is said to have stimulant effects and works in a similar fashion to the original Nootropic, Piracetam. It appears to be highly beneficial in providing neuroprotective effects as well as enhancing physical performance.
There is a limited number of scientific studies into the effects of Phenylpiracetam. This may be due to its status as a banned substance by WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency), for its ability to reduce sensations of cold and increase physical endurance.
We’ve examined most of the available studies in our recent articles available here and here.
Phenylpiracetam is sold as a research chemical. Many phenylpiracetam experiences can be found online. Until there is a greater amount of research into phenylpiracetam effects, we definitely recommend reading through phenylpiracetam reviews and experiences available online.[1]

Phenylpiracetam Experiences from Users
1. Another Phenylpiracetam review
“…I began by trying 150mg, at this dose there was some effect, but could be placebo. Later that same day I had another 150mg and this time I noticed a slight energy boost and mental clarity.
The following day I had 200mg and later another 200mg. I was very alert and productive at work and certainly needed no coffee to pick me up. I work a lot of night shifts so this is excellent stuff for staying alert. Although that night I did not get much sleep, the following day I was surprised to wake up feeling very refreshed and ready to go.
The next day I decided to try 400mg in one dose. WOW holy jeebus I was impressed to find that after an hour had passed I was extremely alert, focused and at times borderlining on pleasant euphoria. There was a fleeting anxiety at this dose, but then I am prone to a small degree of anxiety (too much caffeine doesn't sit well with me) but this was tolerable. At times I did feel as though I could not sit still and needed to be doing something. I can see how, although I can see potential to be uncomfortable with this feeling. I can describe the effects as almost like mild amphetamine, very clean, but not jittery. And also an enhanced appreciation for music and sunshine felt particularly good. I had planned to take another smaller dose that afternoon, but there was no need and I didn't want to push it….”[2]
2. Phenylpiracetam Review (Phenotropil or Carphedon)
“Phenylpiracetam has to be the strongest legal nootropic I have ever experienced. I put it into pill capsules to avoid the taste and I usually feel it within 30 minutes to an hour after taking it. These are the effects I have experienced, and I go into more detail of each effect experienced in the order I have placed them in. However, be aware that many of these effects tie into each other. I include what I have successfully done to remove the negative effects. I will finish off with a general overarching review or conclusion of phenylpiracetam.
Positive effects experienced: Euphoria, increased motivation, increased concentration, quicker learning, reduced stress, increased memory, increased motor skills, increased physical endurance, and tolerance to the cold.
Negative effects experienced: Insomnia, tolerance, dehydration, trouble sleeping.
…
Conclusion:
I have been taking phenylpiracetam for about 4 months now, usually everyday. It blows other legal nootropics out of the water, not because it is more "stimulating", but because it very strong but very subtle. Many will compare it to adderall or another strong stimulant, which I agree, but at the same time it is different. The best way to describe it is that on adderall (or other strong CNS stimulant), you are dominating the moment. On phenylpiracetam, you are living the moment. It just feels like you are having a really good, productive day. It's like taking a vitamin sometimes where it feels like I didn't take anything at all, but I know it is working due to the effects I notice, not feel.
I have also gone days, even up to 2 weeks without it just to see if I had any chemical or physical withdrawal symptoms, and I never have. I might have developed a physiological dependence towards phenylpiracetam since it is what gets me through school. Other than that, I don't have a dependence towards it when doing other things except school itself.”[3]
3. Phenylpiracetam [experience]

“So after trying three *racetams (Piracetam, Oxiracetam, and Aniracetam) and not sure if I found any effect or not, I decided to shell out $80 and go for the supposedly most powerful racetam of them all, Phenylpiracetam. Why did I decide to try it after striking out on three racetams previous? This one is banned by the Olympics, so you know it must be good. Yes, I do notice an effect and yes, so far it is pretty good. I have only been using it for two days now, consecutively, yesterday at 200 mg and today at 100 mg. I do not plan to use it daily, but mostly during the weekends and maybe once or twice during the week. I am curious though, has anyone who has noticed an effect from this *racetam built up any tolerance? I will give more details later, but so far, so good. Feels like a productive study drug, similar to caffeine, but feels cleaner, although it kept me up until 3 AM last night (I took the second 100 mg dose too late in the day.) I think that the 100 mg that I took this morning is worn-off by now.”[4]
4. Liftmode Phenylpiracetam review
“I have tried many racetams and other nootropics over the years. I've used piracetam, aniracetam, pramiracetam, and noopept. I never noticed much with any of these and if I did it would be random and inconsistent. Enter liftmode's phenylpiracetam. This stuff is great! I have tried different dosages and find that about 100 -150 mgs is best for me. I recommend using it for long days and not every day. I work as a bartender and can be on my feet moving fast for 12 hrs at a time. Liftmode's phenylpiracetam is a must have for these long demanding days!” - Best racetam I've tried yet!
